Paint Stripper

Promac Paint Stripper is a viscous gel for the rapid removal of water and solvent based paints from most surfaces. Applied by brush, it's non-alkali, wax barrier formulation, will not damage bare surfaces.

• Can be applied on vertical surfaces

• Slow-release reaction time

• Does not contain alkali or acid, with a wax barrier that will not damage glass, wood, metal and plaster

• Lead content, less than 90 ppm

Approximately 1m² / L per application, depending on the thickness and type of coating.

• Ensure to work in a well-ventilated area.

• Contents may be under pressure, hold away from face when opening.

• Always test an area on the coating or substrate before use.

• Apply a liberal coat and leave for 5 - 15 minutes or until paint has wrinkled.

• For best results use on cool or cold surfaces.

• Close containers immediately after use to prevent evaporation of the active ingredients.

• Scrape off the lifted paint with a paint scraper. Repeat until all paint has been removed.

• Rinse off thoroughly with water, preferably using a high-pressure water jet on larger areas.

• Allow to dry before wiping off with Mineral Turpentine / Lacquer Thinners

Clean all equipment after use with lacquer thinners.
